Questions we hear before nearly every first quote. Answered below so you do not need to ask first.

Minimum order value is R3,000 across all three label formats — adhesive sticker labels, heat shrink sleeves and hot melt glue labels. There is no unit-based minimum. R3,000 gets you into production regardless of which format you need.
14 to 21 days from the date of your 50% deposit to delivery at your door. This applies across all three label formats. Your lead time begins from payment confirmation. Mention your deadline in the quote form and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.
We require print-ready artwork in PDF or AI format. If you have minor adjustments needed we can assist with small touch-ups. For full design work we recommend engaging a graphic designer before submitting your brief. Include any Pantone references, bleed requirements or finish specifications in your notes.
All nine South African provinces via nationwide courier. A tracking link is sent on the day of dispatch. We are based in Gauteng and deliver to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and all other major centres within the 14 to 21 day lead time.
Full substrate specifications and use cases are available on our products page. If you are still unsure, include your container type, application environment and any durability requirements in your brief and we will recommend the right substrate when we send your quote.
Yes. All client orders are kept confidential as standard. We will not appear on your packaging, dispatch notes or any client-facing material unless you specifically request it.
